The twin room is luxury and fashionable. All the staff members are useful and fantastically friendly. The location is exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect, it's minutes from a main street and a temple.

The room was spacious with a fridge and a balcony. The bathroom had a separate shower, which is not common in Asia. The staff was very helpful and booked our taxi and lent me a bike. The location was convenient, close to the bamboo bridge, night market, and old town. There were also restaurants, bars, ATMs, and massage places nearby. The bed was comfortable, and the room was nicely decorated. The hotel provided kettle, tea, coffee, water, fresh towels. Breakfast had typical Asian options.

We got great value for our money at Maison Zen Aphay. The room was comfortable and cozy, with a separate shower and good curtains to keep it dark in the morning. The location was perfect, just two minutes from the main street and the Mekong River. The staff were kind and helpful, assisting us with trip planning and even renting scooters for us.

The only thing that could have made the morning meal better was if there were more vegetarian options available.

My apartment had modern conveniences, including air conditioning and an electronic key card. the room had a work desk, excellent bathroom, and comfortable beds for a very pleasant stay. - Great location close to restaurants, bars, and the center of Luang Prabang.

The staff are excellent and ready to help if you need anything. the hotel has an unbeatable location, just close to Mount Phousi.

The location was perfect, close to the main attractions and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the breakfast, there were plenty of options to choose from.

The hotel boasts a strategic location, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, making it convenient for travelers who want to explore the area. the spacious room comes with a nice balcony overlooking the greenery, and there are good amenities such as a fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, as well as shampoo and shower gel. the staff is helpful and always willing to assist.

Sadly, the hotel seems to struggle with overbooking issues which result in confusion and inconvenience.
